There are different types of Kannada keyboard layouts depending on the font used to type Kannada. On this page, you can find the Unicode Kannada keyboard layout^[1]. Once you download and install a Unicode-compatible Kannada font, you can use the keyboard layout mapping to type in Kannada^[2].
