Kruti Dev Typing

Kruti Dev (KrutiDev010) is a Hindi font that uses the Remington typewriter keyboard layout. When you type using the Remington keyboard mapping, the Kruti Dev font renders your keystrokes as Hindi characters.

Yes! You can select all text in the textarea (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A) and copy it (Ctrl+C or Cmd+C).

Important note about pasting:

In Kruti Dev Font mode, the copied text is ASCII. When pasted into another application, it will only appear as Hindi if the Kruti Dev font is applied to that text in the target application (e.g., MS Word, LibreOffice).

In Unicode Font mode, the copied text is proper Devanagari Unicode and will display correctly in any modern application (browsers, MS Word, WhatsApp, etc.) without needing a specific font.

The Remington GAIL layout is a Hindi keyboard layout based on traditional typewriters used in India. It maps English keys to specific Hindi characters.
